- Receive your quote within 2 hours (quotes can also be immediate or up to 24 hours for more elaborate requests or during high season).
- Confirm your flight by filling out a contract that the staff at Air Dynamic will prepare duly for you.
- Send your contract together with your payment details (credit card or bank transfer details).
- Receive your flight confirmation: print and check in 15 minutes before departure
- Please note that your flight confirmation will indicate the meeting point, crew details, registration, flight duration and any other useful information for a perfect flight.

In case of customer arrival beyond the scheduled departure time, the customer will not be charged any cost if the delay does not exceed 45 minutes.
If the delay exceeds 45 minutes, Air Dynamic has the right to refuse the passenger transport service. In addition, any costs for positioning the aircraft in relation to the flight will be charged to the customer.
Bad weather conditions: If no placement has yet been made or no other costs have been incurred and the operations team confirms that the flight cannot be operated due to bad weather conditions, a 100% refund will be made.
Baggage restrictions: only 1 piece of luggage is allowed on board, possibly a soft bag or trolley. Baggage weighing no more than 15kg per person, dimensions below as per information, for each different aircraft.

Please note that the number of pieces and the actual weight are calculated by the pilot in advance for each individual flight being a combination of distance to travel, fuel on board, number of passengers etc.
