In addition to consultancy during the purchase, we offer aircraft management throughout Italy and Switzerland or in any place where you want your aircraft to be based (registered), we provide training, flight crews, maintenance and operational supervision.
Air-Dynamic will assist you with: flight planning, Air Operator Certificate (AOC) provision and commercial management.
Provision of Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and maintenance programme
An Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) is the approval granted by a National Civil Aviation Authority (NAA) to an aircraft operator to allow it to operate aircraft for commercial purposes.
This requires the operator to have staff, resources and systems in place to ensure the safety of its employees and the general public. The certificate will list the aircraft types and registrations to be used, for what purpose and in which area.
It is important to underline that they allow the commercial transport of passengers on behalf of third parties. In conjunction with the AOC, maintenance is overseen by the CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Organization) in the country of registration.
Air-Dynamic will provide an AOC and CAMO based on your country of residence and whether you use the aircraft exclusively for private transportation or with a combination of commercial and private use.
How will we handle your plane?
Air-Dynamic will provide advice not only on the type of aircraft, but also on the choice of registry and will create an operating budget for an agreed period so that a transparent cost estimate is available from the outset to help you make a decision that is right for you.
We will hire competent flight crew, provide training and operate your aircraft for cost recovery purposes (ad-hoc charter) or exclusively on your behalf. Monthly reports and annual reconciliation, tax consultancy, rostering and flight following, provision of CAMO and AOC are integral and part of the all-inclusive service.
