Travel has increasingly become a 360° experience and the transport to reach our destination is increasingly the beating heart of it. If we want ours experience become exclusive and has luxurious comfort and pampering, the details will make the difference and transform it into something truly special. Together with Air Dynamic, I have experienced some of the pluses that can make the journey even more captivating, all customizable according to the customer’s tastes and desires. We arrived at the airport on one of the elegant Bentleys of Bentley Lugano and here the mastery of the Chef Francesco Maganuco tantalized and delighted the palates before departure. The Chef prepared: blis with horseradish sauce, smoked salmon, super golden beluga caviar and 23k gold; foie gras pâté on crispy brioss bread, raspberry wrapped in duck speck and 23k gold; small Japanese wagyu tartare, egg cream and slices of fine black truffle; lime-marinated sea bass with spiced coconut soup; tofu marinated in oriental sauce: mini goat cheese rocher with honey and Bronte pistachio; caviar tasting. All accompanied by Champagne and at the end, for those who wish, fine cigars. Of course, instead of serving these delicacies in the lounge, the Chef can do it on the airplane, delighting passengers during the flight.
