A jewel projected into the future
air dynamic innovation
Here are some key features and details of the Lilium Jet:
Electric VTOL: the Lilium Jet It is powered by electric jet engines that allow it to take off and land vertically like a helicopter. It uses ducted fans for propulsion, allowing for quieter operation than traditional helicopters.
Vertical takeoff and landing: The eVTOL design allows the Lilium Jet to take off and land vertically, eliminating the need for traditional runways or helipads. This vertical capability allows it to operate in densely populated urban areas, using existing infrastructure such as rooftops or designated landing pads.
Jet Configuration: The Lilium Jet It has a fixed-wing design with multiple engines mounted on the wings. These engines are equipped with steerable ducted fans that provide both vertical lift and forward thrust. Once airborne, the Lilium Jet transitions to a more efficient wing-based flight, similar to that of a traditional airplane.
Designed for versatility
Lilium N.V., developer of the first all-electric vertical take-off and landing (“eVTOL”) jet, announced an agreement with Air-Dynamic SA, Swiss private jet and helicopter company. The agreement includes the delivery of up to five jets Lilium.
Air-Dynamic SA, a proud supporter of the new generation of electric aircraft, will operate and manage these jets Lilium for its customers in Switzerland and Italy, offering customers early access to the premium “club” configuration of the Lilium Jet, including the Lilium Pioneer Edition.
This partnership expands the reach of Lilium in the European high-end business travel and tourism market. The Lugano-based company, with almost 20 years of experience in the helicopter and jet charter sector, specializes in connected routes in Switzerland, Italy, the French Riviera and the French Alps. Air-Dynamic has a fleet of two new generation PC-12s based directly at Lugano airport and manages several jets and helicopters on behalf of private owners and AOC holders.
